Instrument Rental
The Tomlinson French double harpsichord, Redsell Italian virginal, and Previtali portative organ are available for local rental in the southern Alberta region for professional music organisations and professional individual musicians.
Please note
● Daily rental rates apply to all days that the instrument is away, including transportation days and storage.
● A valid certificate of insurance, covering the full replacement value of the instrument, is required in order to be given a rental agreement. The certificate of insurance can only be waived by an upfront deposit of the full amount of the instrument's replacement value, which will be refunded after the instrument is returned.
● The renter is responsible for proper care and storage of the instrument. Additional charges apply for damage.
● The Redsell virginal and Previtati organetto are available for use by all professional and amateur individual musicians and groups; however, at this time the Tomlinson French double harpsichord is available for professional music performance organisations.
Tomlinson French Double Harpsichord
Rental rate: 250.00 CAD per day for the first three days; 225.00 CAD per day starting on the fourth day.
Instrument will be sent with chair, tuning wrench, and a Korg orchestral tuning device.
Transportation must be done with RPM Piano Moving. Storage must be in a secure location with temperature and humidity controls.
Redsell Italian (pentagonal) Virginal
Rental rate: 150.00 CAD per day. Instrument will be accompanied by a carrying case and tuning tools.
Previtali Portative Organ
Rental rate: 100.00 CAD per day. Instrument will be accompanied by a carrying case.
